Refund policy

At Pet Mania Store, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 14-day return window from the day you receive your item.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the product must be in its original packaging and show:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Broken parts, detached components, or non-functional mechanisms upon arrival (e.g., a broken spring on the Poop Scooper).

  • Shipping Damage: Items damaged during transit.

What is NOT Covered:

  • Damage caused by the customer or pet (e.g., chewing marks, drops, or improper use).

  • Normal wear and tear from daily walks.

  • Returns requested after the 30-day period.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact us at petmaniastore.info@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Include your Order Number (e.g., #9999) and clear photos/videos of the defect (broken or detached parts).

  3. Once we verify the damage, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
